Electromagnetic fracturing aims to communicate the porous media to produce hydrocarbons in the well. Electromagnetic fracturing has been developing since 1959 in the former Soviet Union (Varzin, 1959), where rocks were fractured by inducing EM waves (electromagnetic waves), as far as The Art of Waves; a Reservoir Engineering Approach: Electromagnetic Fracturing Applied to Petroleum Reservoirs (Rangel and Samaniego, 2022).
This work, present two models for estimate the formation static temperature during drawdown and build up pressure tests; For these models is important to implement the appropriate assumptions; slightly compressible fluid flow and system properties constant rock fluid.
In this work a fractional model of heat transfer during injection of fluids into naturally fractured geothermal reservoirs is presented, which has the objective of analyzing the subdiffusion of heat from or to the underlying and overlying impermeable formations, as well as in the heat exchange from the matrix to the fractures when thermal equilibrium in the fluid rock system has not yet been reached.
